You can return items within 28 days of delivery, whether they were delivered to your home or a store. Items must be unused, in new condition, with tags attached, and preferably in their original packaging.
Returns are available in store, via courier collection, or through an Evri Parcel Shop. Charges may apply depending on the return method, and these will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed once items are received and checked.
Some exclusions apply, including hygiene items, opened or unsealed products, and gift cards. Faulty items can still be returned in line with your legal rights.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Pierced jewellery, cosmetics, and toiletries that have been opened or unsealed (for hygiene reasons)

Items with security seals that have been broken
Additionally:

Gift cards, eGift cards, and vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash

Items returned in a used or non-new condition may not receive a full refund unless faulty.
Returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed. After processing, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
