Orders & Acceptance
When using our website, you are responsible for keeping your account details, including your password, secure and confidential. Please ensure all information you provide is accurate, and notify us immediately if any details need to be updated.
Your order is only accepted once we send you a confirmation email stating that your items have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation Email”). No contract will exist until this email has been sent.
Order Issues
In some cases, we may be unable to accept your order. This may happen if:
An item is out of stock
There is an error in pricing or product description
If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you by email or phone. If we are unable to contact you, your order may be treated as cancelled.

We are a UK-based business, and all orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our UK warehouse. We also work with carefully selected international suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure high standards of quality and ethical production.
Please note that the country of origin may be stated on customs or commercial invoices for legal and shipping purposes, and this may affect customs charges depending on your location.

Price & Payment
The price of each product will be as shown on the order page at the time you place your order. At Lingerie Style, we take all reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed are accurate.
Prices shown on our website are the final prices you will pay. For UK customers, this includes VAT at the current rate. Customers in the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, and Herm) may request a VAT refund on items kept, provided the request is made within 60 days of placing the order.
Pricing Errors
While we aim to ensure all pricing is correct, errors may occasionally occur:
If the correct price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower amount and refund any difference.
If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions before processing your order.
If an order has already been dispatched and a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been identified, we reserve the right to request the return of the product and will issue a full refund.
Payment

Promotion codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards
Codes are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without notice
Only one promotion code can be used per order
If part of an order is returned, any discount applied will be distributed proportionally across the items.
Items included in bundle offers or Free Brief promotions are excluded from additional discounts, including sitewide offers and delivery vouchers.
